If you have received an end-of-module numerical grade of less than 50, the first step is to contact Student Support for advice and guidance.

As per the University of Liverpool’s regulations, a student on a Masters programme who receives an end-of-module numerical grade of less than 50 must normally retake the module.  Likewise, a student on a Doctoral programme who receives an end-of-module numerical grade of less than 50 must retake the module.

For full details please see the Student Handbook entry on What Happens When Students Fail Modules.
