If you are unable to pay an invoice by the due date, you will still be able to complete any module that you have already started. If you are 30+ days overdue, you will receive payment reminder emails and be placed on financial hold. This means you will not be able to register for future modules or be considered for an academic award until you have paid any outstanding invoices.

If you receive a payment reminder you will need to go to the Student Financial Portal  – see instructions here – and pay your invoice. If you are unable to pay you will need to reply to the email you received (contact details included) and provide payment arrangements within 30 days to ensure you can progress with your studies as planned.
