Changing a password is easy. Choose from one of the three options below:

If you do NOT know your previous password...

If you do not know your old password – and are not signed in to the Student Portal – go here:

Enter your university email address and complete the captcha (the test that shows that you are a human, not a robot).

You should then receive a link to your personal email address that will allow you to reset your password. If, for any reason, you do not receive the email, please contact technical support.

If you DO know your previous password…

If you know your old password, there are two ways to change it, depending on whether you are signed in to the Student Portal or not:

If you are not signed in to the Student Portal, just click here. You will be asked for your current password and can then set your new password.

If you are already signed in to the Student Portal, follow the instructions in the following section: -

Changing your password in the Student Portal

After logging into the Student Portal, click on your "My Account" located in the upper-right corner of the Student Portal screen. Then click the option to "Change Password."

Your "My account" icon allows you to view your personal details, upload a profile photo, request change of details and log out from your account.

After you have clicked on "Change Password" you will be redirected to Microsoft Online Password Reset page. From here, you can reset your password, or reconfigure your security questions:

If you have followed the guidelines above, and your account is still locked, or you have forgotten your security questions, you will receive a reset code from Office 365 sent to your personal email address. You will need to enter this code in order to unlock your account.
